Life as we all knew it, changed in so many ways only a few short months ago… and it has brought some changes, opportunities and new - unexpected - paths. Here's one of mine...
 Nothing will ever make you happy, no matter how much you try, how much you seek, how much you achieve... not really, not truly, authentically, lasting happy.
 I’m grateful for:
- shelter that keeps me not only dry & warm, but completely comfortable. - an abundance of food; varied, nutritious, fresh & still by my choice. - a seemingly endless supply of water; from the tap, bottled, filtered, flavoured, carbonated, spiked…  Stop. Just stop.
It is no longer a request. It is a mandate. We will help you. We will bring the supersonic, high speed merry-go-round to a halt, the frenetic rush of illusions and “obligations” that keep you from hearing our single and shared beating heart, the way we breathe together, in unison.  As of the rare day of February 29th 2020, I am officially a Dame, knighted into the Orthodox Order of St. John.
The invitation has been on the table since 2013, when I was nominated along with my then partner, don Miguel Ruiz. I'm grateful to finally step into receiving this gift, and I’m honored to be initiated into this many century-old tradition of humanitarians.  Want to start 2020 with a true act of power?
