Become a Peacemaker & be part of this global shift!
Imagine that you are in the grocery store. A small child is having a tantrum… it’s very loud. The parent is freaking out, screaming at, maybe even hitting, the child. You can see, hear – and feel – all of this. How do you react? What’s going on inside of you?
There are of course endless ways to react this this but let’s go with one possibility, let’s say you feel really upset. The event in itself is making you feel very uncomfortable – the tantrum, the screaming, the drama. You would much rather not be around any of that and there is an internal resistance to it. Which makes you tense up, restrict your breathing etc. You do not agree with how the parent is handling the situation – it is Not ok to scream at and hit a child. You feel indignation, resentment and also judgmental. You feel it needs to stop, “someone” needs to do something, but you don’t feel comfortable with being that someone yourself, so now you add guilt to your list of internally ongoing emotions.
Now pause for a moment and reflect over your own internal state of being.
A few moments ago you were happily doing your weekly grocery shopping. Excited about all the great things that unfolded at work this week and looking forward to being with your loved ones this weekend. You felt great, and that was the energy you carried with you into this grocery store, for everyone to enjoy, be inspired and affected by. Now, however, due to these external events that triggered your thoughts and emotions, you don’t feel so great any longer – your emotional and mental vibrational states have completely shifted to a much lower frequency and this is what you are now bringing into the situation. Whether you are aware of it or not, you are actually feeding the situation, energetically and making it worse, not better. You are still part of the problem, part of the war that is ever ongoing on this planet. It is not your intention, but it is what is happening. What if, in that moment, you could consciously move beyond your human forms (body, emotion, mind) and tap into the peace at the core of your being? What if you could allow your human reactions to just be what they are, without buying into to them, without identifying with them, without attachment or resistance, just let them be?
Instead you connect with your inner Peace and hold that vibration internally. NOW you are no longer part of the problem, now you’re a consciously making a difference to bring peace to humanity, to this earth… in this eternal moment of Now. You don’t have to be a tree hugger or become an activist and travel to war zones – even though that is a all great if that’s what your heart desires. You can make a difference in every moment of your own daily life. Every moment counts, every interaction matters, one moment, one human at the time.
